I am Clarence Wayne Phillips . I bought a simply cozy yet beautiful ranch style beach getaway a little east of Woodmere, New Jersey. My wife Kim and I have certainly enjoyed our little second home since 2007. This one has been a great vacation spot. I would recommend very highly this vacation spot to everybody.
